Position Description

The Major Account Consultant is responsible for generating new major account sales within a defined territory. This role manages the entire sales process including identifying target accounts, establishing key appointments, understanding buying influences, and presenting compelling solutions to improve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate a minimum of $11,180 in weekly rental revenues.
  • Identify key decision makers in complex buying environments.
  • Perform thorough site level needs analysis using Total Cost Evaluation.
  • Develop and present custom solutions and negotiate terms.
  • Utilize CRM tools including Dynamics, Microsoft Office, and Teams.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and activity reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and respond to market conditions.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years’ B2B hunting sales or Sales Management experience.
  • Proven track record in major account sales and contract negotiations.
  • Ability to manage pipelines and forecast sales.
  • A proactive, take-charge attitude with strong multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to travel overnight across designated Florida metros.
