Senior Digital Workplace Engineer - ICT Service Management
We are looking for 2 Senior Digital Workplace Engineers to join our team, focusing on distinct but complementary areas within the digital workplace ecosystem.
Role 1 – Digital Workplace Engineer (Modern Workplace - Microsoft Endpoint & M365)
This role is responsible for the design, governance, and continuous evolution of enterprise Digital Workplace services, with a strong focus on end-user devices, software lifecycle management, and Microsoft Modern Management platforms. You will define standards, drive technical decisions, and lead complex initiatives related to endpoint management, software distribution, operating systems, and collaboration services, ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence in a large, multinational environment. As a Senior Engineer, you will be a technical reference point for the team and a trusted partner for architecture, security, and business stakeholders.
- Design, own, and evolve enterprise Digital Workplace architectures, focusing on endpoint and client management solutions.
- Define and govern software distribution strategies using Microsoft Intune and SCCM, including application packaging, deployment models, and lifecycle management.
- Lead the transition toward modern management models, including co-management and cloud-first strategies for end-user devices and operating systems (Windows 10/11).
- Oversee Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Endpoint Security configurations, collaborating with IT Security teams to implement controls.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring, contribute to roadmap definition, and support large-scale rollouts in a complex enterprise environment.
Role 2 – Digital Workplace Engineer (Workplace Operations - Windows Client & DEX)
This is a key operational role responsible for the stability, reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the enterprise Windows client environment, with a strong focus on end-user experience (DEX). You will operate at the intersection of Windows client operations, endpoint management, performance monitoring, and user services, ensuring high service quality through advanced troubleshooting, automation, and proactive operational improvements. This position requires deep expertise in PowerShell, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Intune, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure operational stability, performance, and reliability of the Windows client environment and end-user workplace services.
- Manage and resolve complex incidents and major issues, performing deep technical analysis and root cause investigations.
- Proactively identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and performance degradations, implementing corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze Windows client performance metrics (startup times, responsiveness, stability) to identify and address bottlenecks impacting Digital Employee Experience (DEX).
- Design and implement advanced PowerShell automation for operational efficiency and incident reduction, and contribute to standardization and operational best practices.
What we expect from you
- Role 1: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, M365 Enterprise Administrator) are highly desirable. Advanced experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM (ConfigMgr), software packaging, deployment, co-management strategies, Windows servicing, and enterprise OS management. Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, GPOs, and identity integration.
- Role 2: Several years of experience in Digital Workplace / Windows Operations roles. Proven capability to act as a senior technical reference in large-scale enterprise environments. Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation, diagnostics, and remediation.
