Consultancy Overview

This consultancy assignment is for a Web Migration Consultant to support the Planning and Operations Section of UNICEF EMOPS. The goal is to transfer content from the external CCC site (www.corecommitments.unicef.org) to UNICEF's Knowledge @ UNICEF corporate platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow a recorded training session for the content transfer process.
  • Upload approximately 400-500 existing documents from the current site.
  • Transfer approximately 300 URLs to the new platform.
  • Create and transfer unique pages (L2/L3 and guidelines) as needed.
  • Redirect the current site to the new platform.

Deliverables and Deadlines

  • Training completion by 15 November 2025.
  • Document upload and content transfer by 31 December 2025.

Qualifications

A background in web design, digital publishing, data visualization and graphic design is required. Minimum three years of experience working with international organizations is mandatory. Proficiency in English is essential.
