Consultancy Overview
This role is for a Consultant to prepare the Quality Review of the 2025 Country Programme Planning processes (CPPs) and Country Programme Documents (CPDs). The review is critical to ensuring that country programmes are evidence-based, strategically designed, and geared towards achieving transformative results for children.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop review methodology and frameworks based on CPP guidance.
- Review planning processes and documents submitted to the Executive Board.
- Update and refine review tools, including scoring criteria and data management systems.
- Prepare preliminary findings and draft final analytical reports, including a Compendium of Good Practices and a Methodology Paper.
- Present the review findings via global webinars.
Project Phases & Deliverables
The Engagement will be structured in four phases: Inception (with orientation, planning, and risk management strategy), CPD and CPP Review, Synthesis Report and Annexes, and Presentation of Results along with final document archiving.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social sciences or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in evaluations and reviews for international organisations.
- Proven record in facilitating cross-sectional processes and data analysis using tools like Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
- Fluency in English required.
