Overview
The Reporting and Knowledge Management Consultant role at UNICEF MK is a consultancy position focused on strengthening child protection programs through planning, resource mobilization, monitoring, reporting, and knowledge management. The role is remote with a duty station in New York, United States and entails working in Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours while delivering key outputs within set deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Advise on CPHA team planning and coordinate review milestones.
- Support CPHA team meetings by preparing agendas and documenting outcomes.
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators and programmatic results.
- Assist with CPHA resource mobilization including donor report preparation.
- Establish and maintain a centralized donor proposals database.
- Support the development of communication and advocacy products.
- Contribute to evaluations, learning exercises, and technical inputs for UNICEF reports.
Key Deliverables
The consultant will be responsible for multiple deliverables including planning milestones, team meeting support, KPI summary reports, donor reports, establishing a centralized database, technical support on results monitoring, and developing knowledge management processes and communication products.
Qualifications
- Advanced University Degree in a related field
- At least three years of relevant experience in humanitarian or child protection sectors
- Strong technical, reporting, and knowledge management skills
- Proficient in information technology and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Additional Information
The role is remote but requires availability during EST working hours. Applicants must provide a complete profile in UNICEF's e-Recruitment system, necessary academic credentials, and a financial proposal.
