Consultancy Overview
This role is for a Learning and Leadership Development Consultant – Evaluation of UNICEF Manager Support Programme. The consultant will focus on assessing the Manager Support Programme (MSP) with an emphasis on adult learning, leadership development, and organizational culture. You will contribute to designing evaluation methodologies, data collection, analysis, and reporting to provide actionable recommendations for program enhancements.
Scope Of Work
- Refine evaluation design with a learning and leadership focus.
- Collect and analyze data through interviews, focus groups, and surveys.
- Lead analysis on MSP components and their impact on management practice.
- Facilitate participatory methods including sensemaking and co-creation workshops.
- Draft and finalize key deliverables as per the consultancy terms.
Terms Of Reference / Key Deliverables
The assignment is divided into four phases: Inception, Data Collection & Analysis, Sensemaking & Reporting, and Finalization & Communication. Key deliverables include inception summary, evaluation report sections on leadership development, thematic analysis, and communication products.
Qualifications
- Advanced University Degree in adult learning, leadership development, or related fields.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in complex organizations.
- Expertise in qualitative and mixed-methods evaluation with an emphasis on behavioral change.
- Proven facilitation skills and familiarity with UNEG norms and standards.
- Excellent synthesis and communication capabilities.
Requirements and Additional Information
