Assignment Overview

The Web Migration Consultant will support the Planning and Operations Section in transferring content from the existing CCC site (www.corecommitments.unicef.org) to the UNICEF Knowledge platform. This involves training, uploading documents, transferring URLs, and creating new unique pages where needed.

Scope of Work

  • Follow a recorded training session for the content transfer process.
  • Upload approximately 400-500 documents to the new platform.
  • Transfer approximately 300 URLs from the current site.
  • Create and transfer content for unique pages and guidelines.

Key Deliverables

  • Complete training by 15 November 2025.
  • Finish document upload and content transfer by 31 December 2025.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must have a specialization in web design, publication, and graphic design and at least three years of relevant experience. Proficiency in web development, content creation, digital publishing, and strong editorial skills is required. Applicants must be fluent in English and prepare necessary documentation including academic credentials and a financial proposal.

Additional Information

This consultancy is remote but based in New York, United States. The candidate must have valid health insurance and meet visa requirements if applicable. Background checks, including academic and employment verification, will be conducted prior to selection.
