Job Overview

The Web Migration Consultant role supports the Planning and Operations Section within the Office of Emergency Programmes. The assignment involves transferring content from the external CCC site to UNICEF's Knowledge @ UNICEF platform.

Scope of Work & Key Deliverables

  • Training: Follow recorded training session on transfer process by 15 November 2025.
  • Uploading: Migrate approximately 400-500 documents to the new platform by 31 December 2025.
  • Content Transfer: Transfer roughly 300 URLs to the new platform by 31 December 2025.
  • Page Creation: Create new pages as needed and transfer unique content by 31 December 2025.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates should have a specialization in web design, digital publishing, or related fields with a minimum 3 years experience. Proficiency in English and strong editorial, web design, and content management skills are essential. Submission of academic credentials, financial proposals, and a complete UNICEF e-Recruitment profile are required.

Additional Information

This consultancy is remote with the duty station based in New York. Visa requirements apply for non-US eligible candidates, and candidates may need to present proof of full COVID-19 vaccination. Background checks, including academic and employment history verification, will be conducted.
