Consultancy Overview

This consultant role focuses on evaluating UNICEF7s Manager Support Programme, designed to strengthen people management and leadership within the organization. The evaluation will cover aspects such as adult learning, leadership development, learning transfer, and behavior change among managers.

Scope of Work

The consultant will:

  • Support the design and refinement of evaluation methodology.
  • Collect data via interviews, focus groups, surveys, and case studies.
  • Analyze how programme components influence management and organizational culture.
  • Facilitate participatory evaluation workshops and sensemaking sessions.
  • Contribute to drafting evaluation reports and communication products.

Key Deliverables & Timeline

The evaluation proceeds in four phases:

  • Phase 1: Refine evaluation design (Deadline: 31 Dec 2025).
  • Phase 2: Data collection and analysis (Deadline: 28 Feb 2026).
  • Phase 3: Sensemaking and reporting.
  • Phase 4: Finalization and communication (Deadline: 30 April 2026).

Qualifications

Applicants should have an Advanced University Degree (Masters) in Adult Learning, Leadership Development, or a related field along with at least 7 years of relevant experience. Expertise in coaching, peer learning initiatives, qualitative/mixed-methods evaluations, and familiarity with UNEG standards is required.
