About the Role

As an Account Manager – Strategic Customer at Unframe, based in London, you will lead one of our most strategic global customer relationships. In this high-visibility role, you serve as the day-to-day and strategic point of contact for one of our largest accounts, while also overseeing a small set of additional enterprise customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Strategic Customer Relationship: Be the trusted partner across regions and time zones.
  • Drive Growth & Expansion: Identify upsell opportunities, secure renewals, and expand the footprint.
  • Strategic Account Mapping: Build deep relationships and align with the customer’s initiatives.
  • Customer Advocacy: Represent the voice of the customer to influence product direction.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage account health, renewals, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Portfolio Support: Apply strategic focus to additional enterprise accounts.

Who You Might Be

  • 10+ years managing enterprise accounts with a proven record in renewals and upsells.
  • Experienced in engaging C-suite stakeholders and operational teams.
  • Knowledgeable in AI/ML platforms, enterprise software, or digital transformation.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • Flexible to operate across global time zones.
