HR Leadership
Lead the HR function for the facility, manage and develop the local HR team, and implement key HR projects. Collaborate with peers across the company to leverage best practices and share successes.
Strategic Business Partnership
Develop effective working relationships with leadership, balance facility needs with HR guidelines, and derive insights from metrics to address business challenges. Provide coaching to leaders and employees at all levels.
Workforce & Talent Management
Forecast talent needs, update succession plans, execute onboarding processes, and deliver training programs to create a compelling employee experience.
Engagement & Associate Relations
Foster a strong company culture by monitoring associate engagement, addressing concerns, and managing change effectively across teams.
Execution of HR Programs
Implement HR initiatives, manage compliance, and execute annual programs including performance evaluations, compensation planning, and wellness initiatives.
