What You’ll Do

You will be a key leader on a scaling team, primarily focusing on frontend development while working full-stack.

  • 60% coding across our codebase with frontend focus
  • 10% planning multi-team projects with stakeholders
  • 10% setting technical goals and refining prioritization
  • 10% mentoring and uplifting other engineers
  • 10% improving engineering practices across the domain

How You’ll Do It

You will design, develop, and implement scalable features with modern technologies, including React, TypeScript, Python, Django, and MySQL. Collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineers is key to building pragmatic solutions for clinical documentation and provider tools.

Who You Are

You bring 6-10 years of full-stack engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend development, accessibility, and security compliance. Your background includes automated testing, modern versioning (Git), and a customer-centered approach to development.
