We are seeking a Technical Architect to contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and secure IT solutions, supporting the organization's digital and infrastructure growth. This role combines technical expertise with strong collaboration skills to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update technical architecture documents such as infrastructure diagrams, integration designs, and system interaction models.
• Act as a technical contact among engineering teams, vendors, project managers, and product owners to ensure consistency in solution delivery.
• Share and discuss architectural decisions with technical and non-technical stakeholders, tailoring communication to the audience.
• Work with domain architects and technical teams to align solutions to enterprise goals, compliance standards, and long-term needs.
• Contribute to efforts that ensure implementations adhere to secure design principles, defined architecture, timelines, and governance standards.
• Support technical teams in adopting and applying architectural best practices.
• Research emerging technologies and provide input on their potential benefits to existing systems.
• Help document architectural patterns and principles for broader use across projects.
• Assist in identifying technical debt and risks, suggesting options to mitigate negative impacts.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in technical architecture, cloud design, and infrastructure solutions.
• 8+ years as a Technical Architect in hybrid environments or 13+ years as an Infrastructure Engineer in large-scale organizations.
• Extensive knowledge of on-premises and Azure cloud architectures encompassing compute, storage, networking, identity, and security governance.
• Expertise in enterprise networking technologies such as WAN, LAN, VPN, and SD-WAN, with experience designing resilient secure connectivity models.
• Proficiency in creating high-level and detailed solution diagrams using Microsoft Visio or Draw.io.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and data integration methods, including APIs, batch processes, ETL, EDI, and event-driven execution.
• Thorough knowledge of security principles, IAM solutions, and authentication methods, including SAML, ADFS, SSO, PAM, and RBAC.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Kanban and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities, ability to manage concurrent initiatives under time pressure.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capability to translate complex technical concepts into business-aligned recommendations.
• Fluency in English, with a minimum B2+/C1 level.

Nice to have

• Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification or equivalent AWS/GCP certification.
• Professional networking certifications like CCNP or CCNA.
• Experience in technologies specific to retail, marketing, supply chain, or finance domains.
