Role Overview: Finance and Budget Assistant
Located in Copenhagen, Denmark at UNEP-CCC, this role supports budgeting, finance, and general administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Budget and Finance: Assist with creation and review of financial proposals and budgets; consolidate budgets for various activities; monitor expenditures; prepare budget performance reports; and generate customized financial reports from UMOJA.
- General Administration: Draft correspondence; coordinate with service units; manage operational travel programmes; oversee vendor payments; plan office space; maintain technology and equipment; coordinate seminars and conferences; and prepare data presentations and reports.
