HR Intern at Umbrella Solar Investment
Umbrella Global Energy, a leader in renewable energies, is seeking an HR Intern to kickstart their professional development. You will collaborate on various departmental processes and gain experience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in the administrative management of the employee lifecycle.
- Filing and digitization of documentation.
- Maintaining updated data in our internal software.
- Management and tracking of vacations, permits, remote work, and absenteeism.
- Support with contracts, extensions, and addendums.
- Collaboration in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support in managing the flexible benefits platform.
- Preparing equipment for new hires and managing office supply inventory (in coordination with finance).
- Updating internal policies and HR documentation.
- Assisting with job posting preparation.

Requirements:
