HR Intern at Umbrella Solar Investment

Umbrella Global Energy, a leader in renewable energies, is seeking an HR Intern to kickstart their professional development. You will collaborate on various departmental processes and gain experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in the administrative management of the employee lifecycle.
• Filing and digitization of documentation.
• Maintaining updated data in our internal software.
• Management and tracking of vacations, permits, remote work, and absenteeism.
• Support with contracts, extensions, and addendums.
• Collaboration in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support in managing the flexible benefits platform.
• Preparing equipment for new hires and managing office supply inventory (in coordination with finance).
• Updating internal policies and HR documentation.
• Assisting with job posting preparation.
• Candidate outreach (interviews, agenda coordination).
• Supporting interviews and tracking recruitment processes.
• Assisting with the organization of internal training and tracking attendance and certificates.

Requirements:

• Student pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Vocational Training in Administration, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a similar field.
• Eligibility to sign an internship agreement.
• Good communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
