About the Challenge
We are looking for someone to act as a Low-Code Automation Specialist, helping companies structure smarter, more scalable, and efficient operations through automation. In your day-to-day, you will design, build, and evolve automated flows primarily using n8n and Make, connecting APIs, systems, and platforms to the Umbler Talk ecosystem. More than an operational person, we seek someone with an analytical vision, good technical skills, and autonomy to participate in end-to-end projects – from understanding the problem to delivering a solution running in production. It is also important to be able to work closely with clients, translating business needs into practical and sustainable automations.
What You Will Do
- Develop, implement, and maintain automations using n8n and Make
- Integrate APIs, webhooks, and different systems into the Umbler Talk ecosystem (CRMs, marketing platforms, ERPs, spreadsheets, and others)
- Structure automated flows for marketing, sales, customer service, and post-sales
- Participate in client meetings to understand processes and gather requirements
- Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement in client operations
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and evolution of existing automations
- Clearly and organizedly document flows, integrations, and best practices
- Provide technical support to the internal team in defining integration standards and architecture
- Lead technical alignments autonomously, even in situations of misalignment or minor project conflicts
Technical Requirements
- Hands-on experience with n8n and/or Make
- Knowledge of integrations via REST API, webhooks, and authentication (OAuth, API Keys, JWT, etc.)
- Good programming logic and data transformation/manipulation capabilities
- Familiarity with JSON and integrations between multiple systems
- Knowledge of CRM, marketing, and sales tools (HubSpot, RD Station, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and third-party APIs
- Notions of databases, SQL, and data modeling
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python will be considered a plus
