About the Role

The Financial Analyst Intern at Unified Mentor is a paid, 3-month remote internship with potential for a full-time role upon successful performance and a certificate of internship. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in finance, economics, accounting, or related fields seeking to sharpen their analytical and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting
  • Prepare balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and other reports
  • Assist in creating financial models for business planning and evaluation
  • Analyze market trends and deliver insights for decision-making
  • Support budgeting and cost control activities
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management

Requirements

  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, financial modeling, and data interpretation
  • Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python is preferred
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
