Overview
The Veloce Emulation Product Engineer at UltraSoC will work within Siemens EDA to develop, debug, and enhance complex emulation environments for Silicon Verification and Validation. This role involves acting as an expert point of contact for HAV on Veloce emulation systems and collaborating with research and development teams to solve complex verification challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers, engineers, and managers to solve emulation challenges.
- Serve as the expert for Hardware Assisted Verification on Veloce systems.
- Work with R&D to address complex customer-specific emulation needs.
- Create documentation and training material for internal and external customers.
- Research, define, and develop specifications for new features and product enhancements.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a Master's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering and a minimum of 5 years experience in SoC Verification and Validation. Required skills include modern methods for functional verification, software testing, and SoC debugging. Experience with System C, C coding, Testbench Acceleration, emulation systems, and languages such as Verilog/VHDL, SystemVerilog, and UVM is highly desired. Scripting languages like Perl and Python, and knowledge of standard SoC interfaces (PCIe, DDR, HBM, USB, Ethernet) are also beneficial.
Additional Information
This role is subject to U.S. export control requirements. Employment requires verification of U.S. Person status or an appropriate export license. The position is full-time, comes with competitive salary and benefits, and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
