General Summary & Scope
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a retail team to achieve top-line sales growth, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational excellence. This role focuses on performance, people development, and process management in a fast-paced retail environment.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Performance: Drive sales growth, manage payroll budgets, and monitor financial reports.
- Guest Experience: Execute in-store events, deliver makeup applications, and ensure high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
- People Management: Attract, hire, train, and develop a diverse team while fostering an inclusive environment.
- Process: Ensure compliance with policies, manage inventory control, and enforce operational standards.
Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 2-3+ years in retail management or a similar role with proven financial and leadership capabilities.
Skills: Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices; excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Special Position Requirements & Working Conditions
This role requires flexible full-time scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays along with physical tasks such as frequent lifting and mobility throughout the store.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay range is $24.00 - $31.00 per hour with opportunities for bonuses. Full-time positions are eligible for comprehensive benefits, while part-time roles also include select benefits.
