General Summary & Scope
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers to consistently deliver top-line sales growth across all categories. The role focuses on performance, people and process through accountability, operational excellence, and exceptional guest service.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Performance: Drive sales, manage budgets, and improve operational metrics.
- People: Attract, develop and engage a diverse, high-performing team.
- Process: Ensure compliance, execute operational tasks, and manage inventory controls.
- Guest Experience: Lead in-store events, uphold high NPS standards and provide beauty consultations.
Job Qualifications
Applicants should have 2-3+ years of retail management experience, proficiency with point of sale systems and Microsoft Office, and strong leadership and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Working Conditions
This full-time role requires flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and continuous mobility in-store.
