Original Job Summary
Operations Analyst
Join Uline, North America’s top distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging supplies. In this role, you will research, report, and analyze branch operations while creating executive summaries, diagrams, and presentations supported by data insights.
Position Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate data to create executive summaries.
- Translate report findings into actionable recommendations.
- Analyze branch performance, productivity, error rates and root causes.
- Identify trends and offer continuous improvement suggestions.
- Collaborate with business units to understand processes and challenges.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
- Experience with SQL, PowerBI, VBA and auditing.
