Associate Product Manager

Position Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in a given product category
  • Research and source new products from domestic and international vendors
  • Visit vendors and attend product tradeshows
  • Provide product recommendations based on competitive analysis
  • Participate in vendor meetings and lead negotiation sessions
  • Assist in catalog layout preparation and product placement strategy
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Creative, Quality Control, Compliance, and Pricing teams
  • Mentor and train Marketing Associates

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 to 5 years experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, or Marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
