Associate Product Manager

Position Responsibilities
- Become an expert in a given product category
- Research and source new products from domestic and international vendors
- Visit vendors and attend product tradeshows
- Provide product recommendations based on competitive analysis
- Participate in vendor meetings and lead negotiation sessions
- Assist in catalog layout preparation and product placement strategy
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Creative, Quality Control, Compliance, and Pricing teams
- Mentor and train Marketing Associates
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 to 5 years experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, or Marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
