Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap.
- Manage product backlog and iteration planning.
- Collaborate to elaborate detailed user stories.
- Mitigate impediments for successful Release/Sprint Goals.
- Draft and edit product-related documentation.
- Work with cross functional teams for product launch.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years in Product Management in the Workforce Management domain.
- Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience working with Timekeeping, Scheduling, or Absence Management systems.
- Proficient in Agile or Agile Scrum methodologies.
