Your Mission
As a Technical Account Manager at UiPath, you will help South Korean customers transform their businesses through automation. You will guide strategic customers in designing and building long-term enterprise automation programs using the UiPath Platform, ensuring maximum business value and organizational impact.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Own customer technical success with the UiPath Platform.
- Lead technical workstreams and adoption strategy.
- Engage with stakeholders from C-suite to operational teams.
- Provide installation, upgrade planning and troubleshooting support.
- Conduct design reviews, technical health checks, and advisory webinars.
- Collaborate with Product Support to address escalated incidents.
- Continuously evolve team processes and best practices.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- A degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years programming experience with .NET/Java languages.
- Fluency in written and spoken Korean.
- Prior experience in customer-facing technical account management or consulting.
- Knowledge of cloud, SaaS, and infrastructure engineering.
- Experience with automation tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client interactions.
