Your Mission

As a Technical Account Manager at UiPath, you will help the world’s largest companies transform their work processes through automation. You will work with the Enterprise Success team to guide customers in designing and building long-term, enterprise-level automation programs. You will collaborate with stakeholders from C-suite to team leads, ensuring customers capture maximum business value through the UiPath Platform.

What You'll Do

  • Own customers' technical success with the UiPath Platform.
  • Strategize and execute adoption plans that return exceptional business value.
  • Provide embedded technical advisory to elevate customers' automation programs.
  • Plan infrastructure, installation, upgrades and troubleshoot issues.
  • Conduct design reviews and perform technical health checks.
  • Collaborate with Product Support and subject matter experts on escalated issues.
  • Deliver technical advisory via webinars, demos, and speaking engagements.
  • Develop and mature team processes in an agile environment.

What You'll Bring

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of programming experience in .NET/Java (C#, C++, VB, Java or PowerShell).
  • Experience in SaaS and Cloud environments is a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Relevant customer-facing, technical account management or consulting experience.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics including software engineering and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega or Nice is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and proactive team player skills.
  • Diplomacy and poise under pressure with willingness to travel up to 25%.
