Your Mission

At UiPath, as a Senior Automation Developer, you will be at the forefront of Agentic Automation innovation. You will design and implement automation solutions that transform customer business processes while expanding the UiPath ecosystem.

What You Will Do

• Deliver process automations for onsite and remote engagements.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, document and reuse components.
• Implement and configure efficient, well structured programs and scripts.
• Analyze business processes and suggest improvements.
• Gather project requirements and support integrations with partner products.
• Support and update existing automations through change controls.
• Create and document test procedures for pre-UAT phases.
• Troubleshoot robotic process issues, providing timely solutions.
• Collaborate with the product team to enhance core functionalities.

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years in software development life cycle and RPA technologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to break down business problems and think creatively.
• Cross-functional business and application knowledge.
• Proficiency in Python, object-oriented languages, scripting, and database queries.
• Project and change management experience including IT implementations and UAT.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
