As a hands-on manager in the DevSecOps team, you will be part of the Engineering Services mission to build and maintain internal platform services critical to the entire UiPath engineering organization. Working closely with the Security team, you will build systems to enhance UiPath's ability to deliver secure software. Key initiatives include managing the Secure Base Images system, which provides continuously updated docker images for UiPath Services, and the CVE tracking system, responsible for scanning and tracking vulnerabilities across services.

What You'll Do At UiPath:

• Plan, design, develop, and test software systems and cloud-based tools.
• Collaborate across teams to design and engineer product components.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, security, scalability, and testing requirements.
• Establish agile engineering practices and devise solutions to technical bottlenecks.
• Plan feature development, design components, and maintain code quality and automation.

What You'll Bring To The Team:

• 3+ years leading a functional team or mentoring peers.
• 5+ years experience in Software Engineering.
• Experience in B2B software or technology industry.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, C, C++, Java, Python, Rust, etc.
• Experience with Kubernetes, strong grasp on OOP, multithreading, and asynchronous programming.
