Job Description
About Ugency
Ugency is a creative performance agency specializing in the production of content for social media advertising. We don't just create content; we craft ads that convert, driven by data, market, persona, and trend analysis. Currently, over 40 brands, including Avène, Atma, Tediber, Luxéol, Cheerz, Les Commis, and CUT BY FRED, trust us to design and produce their Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ads. Following a year of significant acceleration (+300% in 2025), we are expanding our Creative Strategy team to maintain our high standards and support upcoming growth. We are seeking an expert scriptwriter, skilled in conversion-focused writing, to be responsible for creating advertisements (primarily UGC, but also static and studio shoots) for the brands we partner with.Your Daily Responsibilities
- Writing scripts
- Market research and benchmarking for each new brand supported
- Developing new concepts (UGC, static, studio): 20 to 25 per week based on strategy developed with Creative Strategists
- Iterating on winning concepts
- Ensuring adherence to each brand's tone and guidelines
Project Management
- Continuous communication with Creative Strategists to align on angles, personas, concepts, and iterations
- Creative follow-up with editors and graphic designers until the final asset is delivered. You will own the ads you create.
The Profile We Are Looking For
Experience
- 2-3 years in copywriting with a focus on conversion (advertising, ghostwriting, Landing Page, etc.)
Skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken French. English is a significant plus.
- Copywriting fundamentals: frameworks (PAS, BAB, AIDA…), cognitive biases, consumer psychology.
- Marketing basics: understanding key e-commerce KPIs and conversion funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
Mindset
- Rigor: impeccable French grammar, ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously while respecting each's constraints.
- Performance: focus on conversion, not just aesthetics.
- Research: proactive market and brand research (Trustpilot, Reddit, TikTok, Meta Ads…).
- Ownership: taking responsibility for a concept from ideation to final delivery.
- Ability to be effective and organized in a fully remote setting.

- Compensation aligned with your experience and impact (€40,000 to €50,000 depending on profile).
