Udemy is a global company headquartered in San Francisco with additional U.S. offices in Denver and Austin, and international hubs in Australia, India, Ireland, Mexico, and Türkiye. This is an in-office position requiring three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in our San Francisco or Austin hubs, with flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

About This Role
As the Senior Product Manager Acquisition at Udemy, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of how millions of learners discover Udemy across the globe. You will design and optimize campaign landing frameworks, SEO-driven surfaces, referral loops, and logged-out funnels, partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve user acquisition at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and KPIs for user acquisition.
- Create scalable frameworks for campaign landing pages and SEO category pages.
- Partner with Marketing on creative testing and funnel experiments.
- Design referral and viral sharing mechanics to expand reach.
- Champion a test-and-learn culture with fast iteration and optimization.
What You’ll Have
- Over 5 years of experience in product management focused on consumer growth and acquisition.
- Proven record in building and optimizing landing pages, SEO frameworks, or referral programs.
- Strong quantitative skills and proficiency with SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar tools.
- Technical understanding of SEO fundamentals including site architecture and Core Web Vitals.
- Ability to convert insights into actionable product ideas with measurable outcomes.
- A growth mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
