Overview

UBS is seeking a Tech Business Analyst to join the Wealth Management Japan crew in an Agile environment. This role focuses on building robust and scalable cloud native solutions and requires an engineering mindset, ten years of experience and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit and understand business requirements
  • Develop solutions in close collaboration with developers and business teams
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements in Software Requirement Specifications
  • Focus on high availability and minimizing production incidents
  • Assess impact on interfacing solutions and support test design and execution
  • Act as a contact partner for project stakeholders
  • Promote efficient Agile working practices and share expertise

Your Team

You will work with the CDIO Wealth Management Japan crew, based in Pune, India, collaborating with teams across APAC including Singapore, Japan and China. You will support UBS, a global wealth management leader, in delivering technology solutions critical to the business.

Your Expertise

  • Engineering degree (Bachelor/Master) with 10+ years experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in technical business analysis, especially in Wealth Management and CRM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with fluency in English
  • Exposure to functional systems design; Japanese language and Business Analysis certification are a plus
