Overview

The Senior Asset Manager role at UBS is designed for a highly driven individual responsible for managing a portfolio of 12-15 residential properties. Based in Dallas, TX, you will work to execute comprehensive business plans, optimize asset performance, and communicate strategic initiatives to drive value across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute business plans and optimize asset performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, portfolio managers, acquisition teams, and partners.
  • Develop and execute annual budgets and asset-level business plans in line with investment objectives.
  • Leverage data and comparative benchmarking to refine strategies.
  • Oversee third-party vendors, project engineers, and tax consultants for operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate capital projects and manage transitions from underwriting through closing.
  • Support refinancing, appraisals, and disposition processes with financial analysis.
  • Engage with Prop-Tech innovations, residential sector issues, and ESG initiatives.

Your Team

You will join the Residential Team as part of the broader Asset Management group in the Dallas, TX office at UBS.

Your Expertise

  • 8+ years in residential asset management or relevant property management.
  • Bachelor degree in business, finance, economics, or real estate (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills to interface with senior management and investor groups.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Argus Enterprise with solid financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex assets in a dynamic environment.
  • Sound knowledge of property operations, capital planning, and financial metrics.
  • Experience with legal documents and real estate protocols.
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to travel.
