Registered Client Service Associate at UBS

Your role as a Registered Client Service Associate involves supporting Financial Advisors and ensuring seamless client service delivery. You will educate clients on account capabilities, input vital information into financial planning tools, and assist with preparing essential reports for meetings. This role is critical in maintaining up-to-date client documentation and facilitating service requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate clients on account services and capabilities
  • Input client information into financial planning and Firm tools
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
  • Ensure appropriate documentation is collated for new accounts and service requests

Key Deliverables:

  • Leverage communication channels to enhance relationships with clients
  • Maintain management systems with up-to-date client information
  • Organize logistics for team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
  • Provide team with a calendar detailing daily, weekly, and monthly activities
  • Identify service opportunities for clients

Your Expertise:

As a Client Associate, Registered, you will service clients and provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors. A crucial requirement for this role is possessing both Series 7 and either Series 66 or 65/63 licenses to be considered registered.
