Real Estate Asset Manager

Overview

The Real Estate Asset Manager role at UBS focuses on leading and managing a multi-market logistics real estate portfolio. The role involves executing business plans, optimizing asset performance, and driving value through leasing, operations, capital planning, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-market logistics real estate portfolio.
• Execute comprehensive business and asset-level plans.
• Direct leasing efforts, marketing, and lease negotiations.
• Manage third-party property, project, and tax consultants.
• Collaborate with Acquisitions and Joint Venture partners.
• Perform financial analysis including budgeting and variance analysis.
• Oversee capital projects and support quarterly reporting.

Team and Location

This role is part of the Industrial Team within the broader Asset Management group, based in Dallas, Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or related field; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years in real estate asset management or acquisitions.
• Strong financial modeling skills using Excel and Argus Enterprise.
• Experience in leasing, property operations, and capital planning.
• Proficiency in negotiating leases and interpreting legal documents.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative leadership style.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
• Proficiency in Yardi and VTS is a plus.
