Overview

The Product Manager, Core Banking at UBS is responsible for designing and delivering agile digital solutions for core banking services. This role focuses on improving client experiences and driving business transformation through robust digital strategy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and document core domain services for account maintenance, product updates, balance services, and payments rails.
  • Create comprehensive business requirement documents and ensure traceability using agile tools like GITLAB and JIRA.
  • Collaborate across business functions to deliver functional designs and operationalize new functionalities.
  • Work with testing teams to develop test strategies and conduct end-to-end testing of controls.
  • Drive business change and transformation initiatives for modernizing banking capabilities.

About the Team

The successful candidate will join the Digital Strategy & Platform team in Pune, India, working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse business segments in delivering customer-centric solutions.

Required Expertise

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst.
  • Proficiency in agile project management and DevOps tools.
  • Experience with core banking systems and integrations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources.
