About the Role
The Journey Strategist role at UBS involves leading the design and continuous improvement of client journeys. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable journey maps and experience blueprints while ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve end-to-end client journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics.
- Leverage data and AI insights to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Act as a thought partner for product and design teams.
- Contribute to UBS OnePass program transformation initiatives.
Your Team
Working within the GWM AI BaC team, you will partner with product owners, UX designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless, personalized experiences for UBS clients.
Your Expertise
- Experience in journey strategy, service design, or customer experience roles.
- Strong understanding of digital product development, agile methodologies and design thinking.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and narratives.
- Familiarity with AI-driven personalization and digital onboarding is a plus.
- Knowledge of Wealth Management / Private Banking, especially regarding KYC/AML.
