About the Journey Strategist Role

The Journey Strategist at UBS is responsible for designing and continuously improving client journeys, ensuring these align with business goals and regulatory requirements. This role translates strategic objectives into actionable journey maps and experience blueprints, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design and continuous improvement of client journeys.
  • Transform strategic objectives into actionable journey maps and blueprints.
  • Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
  • Define KPIs, success metrics, and feedback loops for journey performance.
  • Leverage data and AI insights to identify pain points and personalization levers.
  • Act as a thought partner for product and design teams.
  • Contribute to the broader transformation agenda of the OnePass program.

The Team

You will work within the GWM AI BaC team, shaping and optimizing client journeys across digital and assisted channels for UBS clients.

Your Expertise

  • Proven experience in journey strategy, service design, or customer experience roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital product development, agile methodologies, and design thinking.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven personalization and digital onboarding is a plus.
  • Knowledge in Wealth Management / Private Banking and KYC/AML topics.
