Investment Banking Analyst

Your Role

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will assist in the execution of mandates, working with cross-functional teams and senior bankers. Your responsibilities include carrying out valuations, financial modeling, financial spreading, research, capital structure and financial returns analysis, and leading transaction execution. You will collaborate with industry and corporate finance teams to execute transactions and position companies, and liaison with syndicate and sales teams to market transactions.

You will also help in the preparation of materials such as information memorandums and presentations for boards of directors, internal review committees, and solicitations (pitches). A key aspect of your role will be to identify, assess, and evaluate key trends and opportunities for specific sectors. You are expected to deliver continuous process improvements in view of the changing operating and regulatory environment, and help set process frameworks and/or data collection processes for regular tracking of opportunities across sectors.

Your Expertise

Furthermore, you will contribute to identifying, assessing, and evaluating key trends and opportunities for specific sectors. You will be responsible for delivering continuous process improvements, adapting to the changing operating and regulatory environment, and helping to set process frameworks and/or data collection processes for regular tracking of opportunities across sectors.
