About the 2026 Graduate Talent Program, Global Banking
Interested in a career in finance, specifically in banking, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? UBS is looking for ambitious students to join their 2026 Graduate Talent Program, Global Banking.
You will be working in the Global Banking team in San Francisco, responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions, and sponsor clients.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions.
- Prepare industry analyses for pitches.
- Participate in financial modeling and valuation exercises.
- Conduct market and company analyses, creating corresponding marketing materials.
- Get involved in the execution of live deals.
Your Team
You'll be working in our Global Banking team in San Francisco. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.
Your Expertise
UBS is seeking a candidate who:
- Is graduating between December 2025 and June 2026 and has a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above.
- Has a passion for financial markets and is a detail-oriented problem solver.
- Is skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative.
- Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
- Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
