Executive Team Assistant

We’re looking for an Executive Team Assistant to:

  • Manage calendars including conference calls, and client meetings
  • Handle day-to-day service requests from clients
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
  • Keep management systems up-to-date with client information
  • Collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
  • Handle expense reimbursement

About the Team

You’ll be working with the Omaha Legacy Wealth Management team. This team helps high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. As an Executive Team Assistant, you’ll play an important role in helping the team stay organized and run an effective business.
