Your Role

Are you a detail-oriented multitasker? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly?

We’re looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to:

  • Manage and maintain calendars, including conference calls, vacation, travel, and client meetings.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and conferences, coordinating locations, attendees, materials, and communication.
  • Assist in the preparation of high-quality PowerPoint presentations and other documents.
  • Provide organizational support, including ordering supplies, software, and hardware; publications; maintaining files (paper & electronic) and other confidential information; and coordinating new hire requirements.
  • Administer filing (both manually and electronically).
  • Proactively manage diary, scheduling/coordinating internal and external meetings, conference calls, and video conferences across multiple time zones; liaising with assistants from multiple teams across our firm and ensuring forward planning for meetings, events, and deliverables.
  • Complete ad-hoc projects as necessary.

The salary range for this role in New York is $85,000 to $107,500.

The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your Expertise

  • Timely expense input.
  • Experience managing travel arrangements – tract/tar/other cost approvals.
  • Managing call reports; Outlook/Banker Portal meeting shells.
  • Timesheets.
  • Handling phone coverage where applicable.
  • Providing dedicated support.
