About the Role

As a Digital Specialist Client Delivery at UBS, you will support financial advisors in growing and managing their businesses using advanced digital tools and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Market Executive, management teams, and Client Service Center.
  • Customize training to leverage workstation digital tools for strategy execution.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of various digital tools like ACE Workstation, CRM, and others.
  • Act as liaison between field personnel, home office, and system teams.
  • Communicate platform enhancements and gather feedback from FA teams.
  • Support onboarding to ensure timely platform access.

Your Team

You will join the Strategy, Productivity and Analytics team within the Client Experience Delivery organization, based in Seattle, supporting FAs, TAs, and Field Leadership daily.

Your Expertise

  • 5+ years of industry experience in Wealth Management or Private Wealth.
  • At least 2 years of branch office or training experience.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in digital tools including ACE Workstation and client-facing digital experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of PC, Windows, and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to travel within the market as required.
