Data Quality Support Analyst

Overview

UBS is seeking a Data Quality Support Analyst to work within the Global Banking COO team at the Kraków Fabryczna Office. In this role, you will maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency in our deal management system, supporting Investment Bankers and collaborating with Business and IT experts.

Your Role

• Perform data entry, validation, and cleansing activities
• Verify and create client and contact information
• Generate reports and summaries to detect trends and data issues
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to define Global Banking data requirements
• Identify process gaps and contribute to developing effective solutions
• Spot automation opportunities to streamline workflows
• Adhere to SLAs and comply with UBS policies

Your Team

You will join a globally present team that manages the internal deal management system, working closely with Investment Bankers in a collaborative environment. Flexible working hours are offered, with start times between 7:00 am and 10:00 am.

Your Expertise

• Fluent written and spoken English and strong MS Office skills
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to take ownership and prioritize tasks
• Willingness to learn and apply automation techniques
• Competency in Business Objects is an asset
