Overview
The Client Service Associate at UBS is responsible for maintaining client management systems, educating clients on account services, preparing reports for meetings, collecting documentation for account openings and service requests, and planning team marketing events. This role plays an important part in client service and team support within the Wealth Management Americas division.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep management systems updated with client information.
- Educate clients on account services and capabilities.
- Prepare reports and materials for client meetings.
- Collect documentation for new accounts and service requests.
- Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials.
- Provide the team with a detailed activity calendar.
Your Team
You will join the Wealth Management Americas team, serving high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families. UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager, operating in major financial centers worldwide.
Your Expertise
- Series 7 and 66 licenses (for registered CSAs only)
- Ideally 1+ years of experience in client service within the finance sector
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
