About the 2027 Summer Internship Global Banking

UBS is seeking ambitious undergraduate students for the 2027 Summer Internship Program within its Global Banking business. This role gives you the opportunity to work on evaluating companies, developing M&A models, preparing industry analyses, and executing live innovative deals that shape corporate finance.

Your Role

As an intern, you will:

• Evaluate companies and develop financial models for M&A transactions
• Prepare detailed industry analyses for client pitches
• Witness live deal execution in a fast paced environment

Your Team

You will be part of the Global Banking team within the Investment Bank. The team is responsible for coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions, and sponsor clients.

Your Expertise

Ideal candidates are pursuing an undergraduate degree, expected to graduate between December 2027 and June 2028, with a minimum 3.0 GPA. You must be passionate about financial markets, skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, detail-oriented, and a strong strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
