The Role of a CRM Operations Specialist
As a CRM Operations Specialist within the CRM department, specifically in the Operations team, you will maintain constant communication with brand teams and other internal departments. Your primary focus will be on the successful deployment of campaigns across various designated channels. This specific role is offered as a one-year contract position.
Your Responsibilities
- Gather requirements for new campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate the execution and deployment of CRM campaigns.
- Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign flow and deployment.
- Ensure the accurate and timely deployment of campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Provide recommendations and strategic proposals for enhancing CRM campaigns.
- Actively participate in the optimization and ongoing updates of existing campaign strategies.
- Monitor the progress and performance of campaigns diligently.
- Identify areas for improvement and pinpoint weaknesses in campaigns using key performance indicators.
- Be responsible for maintaining thorough campaign documentation.
- Leverage your leadership and technical expertise to advance your assigned channels and foster their growth.
What You'll Bring
- A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent foreign qualification in marketing or a technical discipline.
- Proven experience in digital operations, project management, or CRM marketing.
- Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or other CRM software is a significant advantage.
- Solid knowledge of HTML and SQL.
- Fluency in English, both written and oral, is essential.
- You are meticulous, capable of rapid learning, and adept at leveraging new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- You demonstrate autonomy, possess strong organizational skills, can multitask effectively, and are comfortable working independently.
- A true team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Skilled in coordinating projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop and adhere to established processes and methodologies.
- A genuine passion for video games, technology, and internet culture is a plus.
