About the Role

The Sr Strategy & Planning Associate will provide strategic, operational, and analytical guidance to the APAC leadership. You will lead performance management, strategic planning, and generate deep analytical insights that drive operational excellence.

  • Governance & Performance Management: Maintain effective operating cadence and accountability.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead half-yearly and annual strategic planning across stakeholders.
  • Analytics & Insights: Analyze operational data to surface growth opportunities.

The Experience You Bring

You have relevant experience in finance, strategy, consulting, investment banking, or similar analytical roles. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large datasets. The ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple high-impact projects is key.
