About The Role

As a Senior Account Manager Global Delivery Partnerships at Uber, you will manage one of Uber's largest restaurant merchant relationships. You will be client-facing and drive partnership growth through demand generation, pitch and upsell strategy, and expansion opportunities. Collaborating with Partner Engineers, Product, and Marketing teams, you will optimize partnerships to deliver maximum value for Uber and its strategic merchants.

What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers within partner organizations.
  • Optimize national marketing strategies using internal data and insights.
  • Lead key project workstreams to drive growth at scale.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams as the voice of the customer.
  • Promote product adoption and secure marketing investment.
  • Manage details and strategy to ensure comprehensive oversight.
  • Navigate negotiations and provide solutions during difficult partner conversations.
  • Develop business models and analyses with Global Partner Ops Analysts.
  • Travel domestically at least once quarterly with occasional international trips.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years in client-facing roles and global partnerships.
  • Experience with enterprise and executive-level partnerships.
  • Background in food delivery or high-growth tech companies.
  • Experience in ads sales, marketing, operations, or business development.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
