About The Role

As a Senior Account Manager Global Delivery Partnerships at Uber, you will manage one of our largest restaurant merchant relationships. This client-facing role involves driving partnership growth through demand generation, pitch and upsell strategy, and expansion opportunities. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Engineers, Product, and Marketing teams to optimize partnerships and maximize value for both Uber and our strategic merchants.

What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Optimize national marketing strategy with data insights.
  • Lead projects to drive growth for merchant partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent customer voice.
  • Increase product adoption and secure marketing investments.
  • Manage details and strategy while innovating partnership approaches.
  • Navigate negotiations and internal challenges effectively.
  • Develop business models and analytical insights with Global Partner Ops Analysts.
  • Travel domestically each quarter and occasionally internationally.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 8+ years of full-time professional experience in a client-facing role with large enterprises and global partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing enterprise and executive-level partnerships.
  • Background in food delivery and/or third-party marketplaces.
  • Experience in ads sales, marketing, operations, business development, or partnerships at leading restaurant brands.
  • Ability to build and implement joint business plans.
  • Strong analytical skills using data to influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and coachability.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
