About The Role

As a Senior Account Manager Global Delivery Partnerships at Uber, you will manage one of our largest restaurant merchant relationships by driving partnership growth through demand generation, pitch and upsell strategy, and expansion opportunities. You will work cross-functionally with Partner Engineers, Product, and Marketing to optimize partnerships and provide maximum value for both Uber and our strategic merchant partners. Your objective is to meet and exceed quarterly growth targets focused on Net Acquisition, Demand Generation, and Trips.

What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Optimize national marketing strategy using internal data and insights.
  • Lead project workstreams to drive scalable growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as the voice of the customer.
  • Increase product adoption and secure marketing investment.
  • Manage details while maintaining strategic oversight.
  • Navigate negotiations, difficult conversations, and internal roadblocks.
  • Develop business models and analyses to track initiative impact.
  • Travel domestically at least once per quarter; occasional international travel.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategy to achieve growth goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of full-time professional experience in a client-facing role with large enterprises and global partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise and executive-level partnerships with global brands.
  • Experience in food delivery and/or third-party marketplaces at a high-growth tech company.
  • Background in ads sales, marketing, operations, business development, or partnerships at a leading restaurant brand.
  • Ability to build and implement joint business plans prioritized for strategic value.
  • Strong analytical skills to influence decision-makers with data-driven insights.
  • Resourceful, fast-paced, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and organizational skills.
  • Coachability and dedication to continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

For various U.S. locations, salary ranges are defined: Chicago, IL and Los Angeles, CA roles range from USD 118,000 to 131,500 per year; New York, NY from USD 131,000 to 146,000 per year; San Francisco, CA from USD 131,000 to 146,000 per year.
