Process Operations Manager

About The Role

You will own critical driver-partner-facing processes across Uber's ANZ markets, ensuring they operate effectively, remain compliant with local regulations, and deliver a seamless experience for driver-partners.

This role focuses on improving outcomes for Uber, regulators, and driver-partners through strong process design, execution, and assurance, while leading initiatives to remediate gaps and unlock value through automation and offshoring. You will also manage and develop junior team members locally and offshore support functions, driving high standards of delivery and accountability.

What You'll Do

• Design, project-manage, and oversee execution of driver-partner processes for new product launches.
• Continuously improve process design to reduce operational risk and improve efficiency.
• Implement quality controls, monitor performance and analyze data for improvements.
• Lead responses to regulator queries with technical expertise and data validation.
• Manage tools governing driver-partner access ensuring compliance and seamless experience.
• Coach and develop junior team members both locally and offshore.

Basic Qualifications/ Experience

Previous experience in consulting with data, technical, or risk exposure. Experience working with Google Sheets/Excel. (Dry risk & compliance background likely won't work.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering degree desirable
